Chris is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and oversees all aspects of the project from start to finish on a day to day basis.

Chris has been working in Queensland since 2005 and has developed strong personal relationships with many talented industry practitioners.The local knowledge and experience provides a clear advantage for Queensland projects. Chris brings a practical common-sense approach to all his projects to enable the best outcome for Clients. Your projects are personally handled with the utmost attention to detail from start to finish.

Chris is a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland and certifies all fire engineering designs developed by Fire Engineers Australia.

Chris has a master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering and Fire Safety Engineering.

Rebecca is responsible for the administration and financial management of the business on a day to day basis.

Rebecca is fluent in 5 languages and has strong international experience predominantly in the finance and property sectors.

Rebecca worked in Singapore for a publishing firm focusing on the South East Asian property sector. In Malaysia, she worked for a large multinational bank as a Financial Advisor serving clients whose assets were predominantly in the Malaysian property sector.

Rebecca is passionate about generating value for clients and has undertaken academic research on this topic. Her research thesis on retaining asset values in shopping centre is a very good read.

Rebecca has a Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics and a Diploma in Business Administration.
